The Fibroid Clinic at Lagos is the new Nigerian partner clinic of the Birmingham Fibroid Clinic. Run by consultant gynaecologist Dr. Christian Alabi, it is the first dedicated clinic for women with fibroids in sub-saharan Africa.
Dr Alabi is a UK trained consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist currently working as consultant to St Nicholas Hospital, Lagos, a large private hospital in Lagos, Nigeria and as an associate lecturer to the Lagos State University College of Medicine. He has set up the Fibroid Clinic at Lagos to offer a range of minimally invasive fibroid treatments and access to state of the art interventional radiology in association with Dr. Crowe and the Birmingham Fibroid Clinic.
